SMS Notifications

BrainBloomer (operated by Benetti Corporation) sends SMS notifications to users who have opted in. This page describes the program, what messages we send, and how to opt in or out — required disclosures for U.S. A2P 10DLC compliance and CTIA Messaging Best Practices.

Program description

BrainBloomer SMS notifications are used for:

• Account verification codes when you sign in or change account settings.
• BWF player monitoring alerts — we notify you when a player you have chosen to monitor moves between tournament lists (Reserve, Qualification, Main Draw) at a Badminton World Federation event.
• Service announcements — occasional messages about scheduled maintenance or important account changes.

How to opt in

There are two opt-in surfaces, both behind a verified account:

1. Account → Integrations. Toggle “Enable SMS notifications,” enter your phone number, and verify with the code we text you.
2. BWF Monitoring page (per watched player). When adding a player to your watch list, choose “SMS” as the notification channel; verify your number on first use.

By enabling SMS at either surface you consent to receive recurring SMS from BrainBloomer at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Sample messages

Your BrainBloomer verification code is 482910.
This code expires in 15 minutes.

Message frequency

Frequency varies based on your monitoring settings. Verification codes are 1-2 messages per sign-in event. Tournament alerts depend on how many players you watch and how active those players are; a typical user receives 0-10 alerts per week during active tournaments and 0 outside of them.

Message and data rates

Msg & Data Rates May Apply. Standard messaging rates from your carrier apply; BrainBloomer does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt out

• Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT) to any SMS message. We will immediately stop sending messages to that number.
• Or, in your account settings, toggle “Enable SMS notifications” off and remove the number.

Privacy

We do not share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are passed only to our SMS delivery providers (Twilio, Infobip) solely to transmit messages you requested.
